Our cut off time for next day delivery is 1pm should the items be in stock at time of order.
What order value is carriage paid?
Carriage is paid on nett orders over £300
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer a same day van service in our local area or a same day courier service outside of our area, additional costs me be applicable.
How do I return an item?
Returns are simple, contact us for your GRN number and details of the item and why its being returned. You can then post it back to us or drop it in to our trade counter with the GRN number clearly marked. Returns must be in line with our returns policy.
Can you organise collection of the item I want to return?
Yes we can, additional charges may be applied.
